Will friendly dogs protect their owners?

In closing, I would love to be around one these people who hallucinate about their dogs when and if an actual assault happened, I would love to see what their dogs would do.
Yet, I cannot tell you what he would do with 100% certainty. Yes, he has the genetics and world class training in him to do the best protection work a dog could do. Yes, I have seen him do all kinds of acrobatics trying to get a human, yes, I can make him explode with a single word, yes, he will bite during training hard enough to make you sing in falsetto for a few days, BUT, he has never bitten anyone in real life, yet, so, while I am 99% certain that he would, while I have full confidence in his abilities and his training, I have not seen it and cannot tell you for sure, 100% that it would happen.
Incredible how many people actually come in here and talk out of their anal cavity about the protection that their dogs will perform on their behalf. All kinds of dogs, all kinds of sizes, temperaments, all of it, they will all, without fail, jump in the fray and take the life of a would be assassin who dared cross their owners, amazing.
